I have this Farberware cast iron grill press 5275077 for use in an outside pan for frying hamburgers, bacon and steaks. It's very sturdy, a nice weight - not too light, not too heavy, and feels like it'll last a long time. This is exactly what I was looking for, especially to work with my burgers. (By the way, when working with smash burgers, it helps a lot if you use a piece of parchment paper between the hamburger and the press to keep the meat from sticking to the press.
