fits great! The wicks are sweaty but not hot. I wore it on Memorial Day when I rode a road bike 47 miles. I usually sweat through my headbands and have to change them. I bought and tried one of these and it never started dripping sweat from my face. He brought out all the sweat. Unfortunately, I'm a shiny pawn - God's joke for the shoulder-length hair of my youth! I bought this item because my head was rubbing against the helmet while riding causing friction hotspots and even head ulcers. It protected and worked fantastic! I'm a fan!
