This trio of styling tools makes a great purchase for yourself because of the quality, or as a gift for someone because of the quality and looks. Very bright shiny metallic finish that was a bit difficult to photograph. However, live it is quite attractive and very cool. The metallic theme is reflected in the accent on the base of the brushes and comb teeth. a little wrinkled in transit, but it would still make a very nice gift under the tree, in a gift basket, in a gift bag for an office gift, or wrapped for a birthday. All you need to get anything from this set is hair. I think the quality of all parts is solid. Personally, I like the feel of wooden handles very much. You get a good range of tools, from a nice wide-toothed comb for distributing product through your hair or working through wet hair, a fine-bristled round brush for styling, and a hybrid brush for general grooming and maintenance. Overall I am very happy with this set and would definitely recommend it as it is stylish, well made and functional.
