This is the 4th one I've bought (2 in our old house and 2 in our new house). They are very easy to install. The best part is that you can remove the entire seat. Useful for spraying diapers in our baby's toilet, as well as for deep cleaning of the toilet. The only problem I have with them is that the lid isn't very strong. You cannot sit on a closed toilet seat. The lid is quite flimsy and flexes to the point where the support legs slide off the seat, after which the whole thing falls off. I didn't break it, but if I kept doing it I don't think it would survive the full normal life of a toilet seat. Not a big deal as I don't often sit on a closed toilet, but once a year I climbed onto my old one to clean the ceiling. Now I have to buy a stool.
