Good product after a few days of use. Responsive, helpful customer support. Bought to switch between work laptop and personal desktop/gaming gear. Switches to no-hotkeys mode quickly and easily. Unfortunately, my Logitech G910/G400 keyboard/mouse combo is not compatible with the hotkey toggle feature. The Logitech Gaming Software no longer recognizes the G910 keyboard. The Logitech G400 mouse showed tracking issues when detected. Fortunately, hotkey toggling can be disabled with a switch on the KVM. Apart from this limitation of my configuration, I like the product. Looks good with quality materials. No latency issues were found as a result of using this product. The manual that came with it was sufficient. Will update my review if I run into any issues. At the moment this product seems unique among many products with similar functionality and I would recommend it.
