I like that it's easy for newbies as well experienced marketers alike to use because of its intuitive design layout & simplicity! The lack of any tutorials or training videos when initially setting up bot platforms (including this particular software) was actually quite frustrating at first but now i realize how much easier it makes things once they are set up properly! You don't really need too complicated rules/features - just have fun creating bots using simple sentences only so people will enjoy talking them through their problems or needs while still keeping conversations going without feeling overwhelmed by complexity.

There aren’t tons of features out there yet if you're looking into marketing online then definitely give BOP Penguin a go since it does what we needed perfectly! We created an automated Chatbot called "The Coach" who answers questions about our products & services via text messaging within minutes after receiving.
