This was a simple, inexpensive solution for my 20 year old Lawnboy 10401 19 inch mower. This mower model is very easy to use. If you know you have a good spark plug and your lawn mower isn't having a spark, this is the part you need metal on the recoil and one on the gas tank and carefully pry them both out of the way. This will completely expose the flywheel and ignition module. This module is all there is in the ignition system and is held in place by two small screws. There are various YouTube videos on this replacement. Depending on your mechanical skills, this shouldn't take more than 20-45 minutes. I plan to buy a spare as this mower keeps going and going.
