I bought a '92 Celica convertible for $350, I had a misfire on the first cylinder. I ended up pulling the distributor out of my '92 Camry and it fixed my Celica. Then I installed this new one in my Camry. Regarding tachometer issues, it didn't work for me before and doesn't work now. I'm glad to stay away from the landfill. The cylinder numbers on the cover do not match the actual cylinders. There was no change before and after either.
