Review on SAMCOM by Chris Beals

Sadly, my experience with the product I bought from SAMCOM's online shop was not at all what I had hoped it would be. Despite their claims to offer cutting-edge and superior technology, the item I got was broken and obviously hadn't been thoroughly tested before shipping. I tried contacting customer service, but got no answer, which disappointed and irritated me. Anyone thinking about buying from SAMCOM should exercise caution because of their lax quality control and dearth of customer assistance.
