I bought this light under a different brand name a couple of years ago and daily carried it since then. This light is identical to that one except for the name engraved on the side, so I'm confident posting this as a "long term" review.The size, weight and build quality are shockingly good given the price. Battery life is also excellent in the low and medium power modes, but it chews through the battery on high. It also gets a little warm on the highest setting, but not so warm that you can't touch it. Durability is good all around, except for the lens as it's some sort of hard plastic, not glass. It's very thick so cracking it isn't a concern, but it does pick up little scratches if you carry it loose with other metal objects. I haven't noticed it effecting the light output so I guess that's just cosmetic.The machined surfaces on the tail of the light are a little sharp so if you carry loose in your pocket, you might want to take a fine file or sandpaper to those edges.
