The customer service is amazing, it's so easy to log into your account! They constantly work out enhancements/changes as soon their customers need them too by adding features or improving current ones; all without charge! Their system does not auto-populate when they have an online event (or any events). You must manually add this feature yourself in order to use our platform - you cannot rely solely off of that which can be very frustrating because we want everyone using these new platforms but some people are refusing due to being unable to "see" everything automatically from one place. It would help a lot if automatic populating were possible through another means than just logging onto each website individually every single time someone attends something. We had struggled greatly trying different analytics software systems before settling down upon ChurchMetics' product line up. There was nothing else even close at hand nor could I find anything remotely similar while searching Google Analytics alone. I like that you can see all of your churches data in one place so you don't have to go from site to site trying to find what you need. It is not user friendly, it takes time to learn how to use. If you're looking for something to help keep track of your churches finances this works great. You can also see where people are coming from to attend services. This helps me to know who is attending my service so that I can plan accordingly.
