This lock really works!

This is my second one. I recently moved from a condo and left it behind for the next tenant. I purchased again for my house. No unwanted person can enter once this lock is engaged. In fact, I believe the fire department would have a tough time even using their ramming device. The only thing I did differently, was to use longer screws. My handyman said it wasn't necessary, but since I had them, he used. This lock gives me peace of mind while home.

Pros

Easy to install. Easy to use. And effective at keeping the kids from being able to open the doors.

Cons

Cannot prevent break-ins by forceful objects like a battering ram
