Review on Dorman 917 034 Oil Separator Cover by Tyler Cooley

Installed at 96 EJ22 with partial overhaul (bearings, rings and cylinder liner are OK). It replaced a crappy plastic lid with a bad gasket. Came with screws, thread lock on it. (Red) I used Ultra Gray Sealant. Leaks are not yet visible. Decided to follow the design and replace the bolts on my oil pan when rebuilding (as I couldn't get a 10mm on 3 bolts and the Phillips head would come loose). So now I have a hex bolt for easy installation and removal while still in the car. In the event of a leak in the used Ultra Gray or something happens that requires removing the pan for inspection.
