My favorite by far is that they are metal and therefore resistant to crushing or perforation. The plastic/rubber gasket at the top is very handy as it helps prevent damaging pressure on the rather thin connection between the needle and cable. recommend it highly; A star deduction for the size of these tubes. TOO SMALL for a round pair above US9 to fit inside; The obvious solution is to use one tube per knee, but I don't like that as having both needles in the capsule keeps the threads from slipping. However, the existence of each circular in its own tube does not prevent projects from unraveling in loose packages.
