Fairly soft thread. It's thick enough for what I need it for and worth the price I paid for it. It also arrived on time. The only problem I had was that the shiny thread in it doesn't hold up to weaving through plastic canvas, but I think what I'm doing is probably too coarse for yarn. It's still green and some of my work is shiny. I think a shiny skein stands up to knitting or crocheting. It just can't stand being woven through plastic canvas. I'm trying to make Christmas ornaments out of it. That's why I wanted glitter.
