Review on Mishimoto Black Baffled Oil Catch Can for Ford Ranger 2019+ - MMBCC-RGR-19PBE by Kevin Bucher

I chose this oil separator for my ranger because it looked like a clean under the hood install and the video provided showed that it was easy. It arrived quickly, the product was well made and met all the specifications. Then I tried to install. I removed the driver's side tire and accessed the area around the oil filter as shown in the video. I disconnected the electrical connection and loosened the cooling pad holder. I found the line that needed to be removed. I was able to access one end of the line but couldn't get my hand back to the PCV valve. I tried every possible way to get access but it was just impossible. My hands might be a little larger than average, but I couldn't even get close. As far as I can tell, you need small children's hands to set this trap. It's not worth much if you can't install it, hence the 2 star rating.
