I purchased these bars as the ones I wanted to get my wife were out of stock and her birthday was rapidly approaching. I was skeptical based on reviews when making this purchase, but the quality was better than I had anticipated. I don't know how secure this will stay overtime as its a single screw that clamps against the rails on the roof. My concern is that over time it could loosen as there is no way to necessarily lock it.
