like the factory unit, I've worked in dealerships on poly belt engines since they came out in 85/86 and it's just how I put this on my million mile C280 and the only thing that didn't smell or taste like oe was the texture of the stretcher, it was a bit rough but nothing to be afraid of, it was much better than my old one, all the plastic looked the same in size, Appearance, no problem here, thank you j
