TLDR: This material is sticky. Stroke adjustment is important. MoR does a pretty good job of providing settings for different resin printers on their website. However, I am using Phrozen Sonic Mighty 4K which is not included. The closest settings I could find were for the smaller Phrozen Sonic 4K, so I copied and tried to print. After being frustrated with about 8 failed calibration prints with the pain of cleaning the vat, I finally figured it out. The resin is viscous and does not flow quickly (compared to Elegoo rinse water). Apparently the resin wasn't filling the gap between the FEP and the build plate because my stroke settings were either too low or too fast. Remedy used the exposure time for the Phrozen Sonic 4K with different settings than the Elegoo Saturn (lift height, lift speed and retract speed). Basically I kept the exposure time the same but reduced the speed and increased the altitude. The results can be seen in the attached images. Lots of details and no weak points. Aside from sharing lessons learned, the resin works as advertised. My Predator footprint is fairly large (switch control for zoom) and heavy (2.5mm walls) but has survived multiple accidental drops of at least 36 inches onto concrete without damage. If I had printed it in Elegoo's regular water-washable grey, I'm sure the print wouldn't have survived. The predator would most likely have lost several spikes on its head, if not worse. If you do not intend to paint, the cleaning should be thorough. I noticed a sticky and shiny residue where the resin water was dripping from the hollowed out holes. A few quick wipes with isopropyl alcohol on a rag fixed it. Supports come off fairly easily, both hardened and unhardened. There is no noticeable difference in sanding difficulty compared to Elegoo water washable (both sand easily). No unpleasant odors Advantages: High level of detail stability No unpleasant odors Washable with water Disadvantages: Expensive
