Workmanship seems acceptable for the price, but performance is mediocre. I went beyond what most people would do and compared the omni-directional from my cellphone amp to the directional and well-aimed product of this product. Reception OK when measuring with a spectrum analyzer. The bullet that came with my amp actually performed a few dB better. In addition, holes for the U-bolts were missing and the antenna mast/flagpole installation on the smaller wave was inadequate. I had to buy slightly smaller diameter U-bolts and stretch them out to get a good fit and clamp. The standard U-bolts also did not match the screw pattern on the mounting flange in any orientation. Overall not a bad performance, but not as high as I would have hoped for the money in terms of quality or performance. Especially if you compare directional reception with omnidirectional reception.
