It's easy for my patients who are not tech savvy at all (many of them)to use this system as it has many functions in one place rather than having different apps they have to download or go through several steps just because I'm trying something new! Sometimes when you're looking up info there aren't enough links so its helpful if your patient knows how much time he/she needs before school starts etc-they can then plan accordingly knowing what their teacher expects from him /her during those days. This app makes seeing notes easier without me constantly printing out paper copies -it also saves money since therapists don't always want extra pens lying around.- being able see previous appointments saved us about an hour each week which was great!! Being more organized allows better communication between myself & other staff members regarding any issues we encounter daily such as student behavior problems.
