Review on Instant Pot Multi Use Programmable Stainless by Christie Miller

Don't worry - this isn't grandma's pressure cooker

This is my second instant pot (yes the other one still spins). I LOVE red and it brings color to my kitchen. I use this Instant Pot at least 4 times a week for everything from boiled eggs to homemade applesauce. We are a family of four and I have two teenagers. I cook the easiest and fastest dishes, like chicken salsa (sliced up and used in a burrito or taco), delicious pasta in a pot with meat sauce, vegan pea soup, delicious tender brisket and steamed rice. I used to use an old fashioned pressure cooker that burned a lot and to be honest it was a bit scary. Please note that this is not your grandmother's pressure cooker. It's self-contained, doesn't spin or sizzle, and you can plug it in and actually walk away while your food cooks. The internet is full of recipes and YouTube videos. My culinary life just got easier and I bought a second one to steam veggies or rice while my main course cooks or reheats. This instant pot also makes yogurt and many other goodies. GET ONE! You will definitely like it.
