I bought a combined temperature/humidity controller. Very functional and easy to understand flowcharts that can be overwhelming at first. Experiment with it before connecting it to your final application; Place the sensors in different locations (blow a deep, warm breath or blow lightly on the humidity sensor, the relative humidity will rise or fall, similar to holding a temperature sensor or chilling it in ice water). Mess with it, you'll get it. It took me about an hour. It's worth it. I intend to use the temperature sensor in plot 1 to control the seedling mat and the relative humidity sensor in plot 2 will control the fan.
