Great card for Windows or Mac OS

I have no reason not to give this card 5 stars. I have a multiboot hackintosh that boots on Windows XP, Windows 7 and Mac OS 10.11.6. I managed to recognize this card among all. For Mac OS, the card was automatically recognized but showed USB 2.0 speed until I installed GenericUSBXHCI.kext. I use this card in combination with the internal card reader Rosewill RDCR-11003. It plugs directly into a USB 3.0 card, giving me a USB 3.0 port on the front. Unlike previous generation USB 3.0 cards, this card does not require a separate power connector. This is a VERY welcome feature, and the card can still power my WD Passport USB 3.0 external drive. Profile expansion slots.
