I love this switch, by the way it's a 4 port switch with 2 computer ports. I can use my external HD and wireless keyboard and mouse on two different computers without disconnecting or moving latches or cables. When I got my switch from Amazon it didn't work, through some testing I found it was one of the USB cables, I contacted the seller and they sent me a new one 2 days later with delivery. It's amazing when I informed them of the problem they just asked for my address and sent me the part, amazing! Works perfectly! THANK YOU.
