Review on Enhance Comfort and Productivity with KINESIS Freestyle Pro Ergonomic Split Mechanical Keyboard - KB900-brn by Candace Hennessy

Revainrating 5 out of 5

When choosing between this keyboard and Koolertron.

Get the Koolertron if: You want a very small size You don't need to program a lot of macros You don't need to tilt the keyboard (you can put the inside edges under a piece of wood or something to get the full To get out of forearm pronation but there is no factory option that mounts well you need great easy to use macro programming software you need to be able to tilt with a factory fitted accessory that attaches to your computer (sold separately) you need more buttons!I would like to have 10 extra keys on the left side of the keyboard and 4 on the right side.I have programmed four different keyboards (up to 8 available) when I have two different versions of Mac, Windows, Kali Linux and all of each different keys. It makes my work much faster! Some people don't like it cht, but to each his own. I also program the left space to do something else since I never use it for space. Scrolling kills my fingers, so I created two buttons on the right side of the keyboard to scroll up/down (you'll need to use additional software for that, like Keyboard Maestro for Mac, since scrolling isn't a default option in Kinesis. I have just made the keys a weird key combination that I never use, and then programmed by the keyboard maestro to scroll up and the other to scroll down). like (I set my keyboard tray at a negative angle, so it's not really Kinesis' fault. Fixed with sticky blocks behind the keyboard) Large. I like all the extra keys as I would have a separate macro keyboard in addition to this one if it wasn't for it so it's not exactly a minus for me but maybe for some. The factory palm rest is a joke, but it's fixed by adding a standard palm pad
