I like that it has all my clients' information in 1 place so there's no paper work to fill out! It just makes life easier when you have everything together at once!! Sometimes some things can be confusing but if your looking into this program definitely check them off because they are great programs. They give me info about each client i'm able too view what their strengths/weaknesses were before starting therapy which helps us create better goals throughout our services. ! I like that it's easy to navigate and understand. It really helps me be able to see my schedule clearly at all times. I would love if there was an option so you could set reminders or alerts depending on your availability! If you have any questions about what you are doing during your session then this program allows you to do so easily. We were using another system which wasn't as efficient. This has helped us keep track of our appointments much easier than before.
