My cat is a feather chaser, and she was pretty preoccupied for a while. she's one years old, and likes to lay next to it whilst it spins. sometimes batting at it. it gives her comfort. what i like is that it is not noisy at all, it has a soothing sound, so I can sew as she is batting at it, and it does not disturb my concentration.

Can be used both indoors and outdoors on a covered patio.

Cons

Can be distracting and interrupt important human activities such as work or sleep
