Review on EZ Maintenance by Brandon Woodson

I like that they can be integrated with our accounting system and we don't have to worry about it. It is not as user friendly as similar programs I've used in the past. I think they are trying to get there but I am having an issue getting through their website so easily. They provide a good service for the price which is helpful considering our budget. We haven't had any issues or complaints since we started using this program. If you need a scheduling software but would rather pay someone else to manage your schedule then use this. You won't regret it. We don't have to worry as much now about running out of staff, being late picking up supplies, etc. Our workers have more control over their time. I like that it is easy to use (it took me about an hour or two for my technician manager). The software has helped us keep track in our facilities with all kinds maintenance requests from equipment issues right down low fluid levels! It also allows you access your data anywhere at anytime which helps when working outside normal office hours as well!! Easy interface design would help make things easier but overall its been great so far.
