I have a Miele C2 Electro and also a Miele C1 Pure Suction. Since the C2 has an electric brush head, I don't really need this turbocharged tool. Basically I was just curious how it would work and I can say it works great on my carpets. It doesn't work at all on my low pile floor mats, and I think that's because the low, dense pile blocks the airflow needed to start the turbo. But actually I could do almost anything from wall to wall and upstairs and downstairs carpets with this tool. The electric will always beat the turbo, but the Miele electric is $700 and the Pure Suction is just $300. So if you're undecided about spending the extra cash on an electrified Miele, depending on your carpet type, consider buying a Pure Suction model and add this turbo brush accessory to clean your carpets. It's not as powerful as an electric brush and doesn't glide across the carpet as smoothly, but it works reasonably well and is a great upgrade for your Miele Pure Suction at a fraction of the price of a Miele turbo brush. However, after seeing how well this thing works, I'm wondering if the original Miele brush can work even better and is worth the extra money it costs. Overall I am very happy with this purchase
