They don't tell you that. If your vehicle has a lighting system controlled by an ECU-B (Electronic Control Unit - Body), it is likely that these bulbs are parasitically draining your vehicle's battery. I don't quite understand the reason, but the way it was explained to me goes something like this: Since LED bulbs don't have the same resistance as a regular resistive bulb, the ECU-B thinks the bulb is still on for some is reason and as a result remains energized; causing a parasitic drain on the vehicle's battery instead of going to sleep.
