Review on Epypulse by Chad Myers

I love how easy it is to use and customize how it looks. I have been able to track people in the office and have been able to track patient data for our healthcare system. It also makes it easy to report on any issues that might come up. I didn't have a positive experience with Epypulse. It seems it is not as easy to use as it could be. I would like to be able to use the system on my phones. It is hard to get an answer or information when we need it. I would suggest using this instead of a paper system to keep track of patients. They have a great system for the healthcare field and I am able to track patients easily with Epypulse. It is great because if there is an emergency or a patient goes missing the office staff is able to report it immediately. It is a great tool. I like how easy it was to use, but also there are some features we couldn't figure out until after using them for awhile - such as creating an account or getting assistance with something you don’t understand right away (like when trying to change your password). We had used another program before this one which made our employees feel more relaxed about coming in sick because they could still work from home if needed without having their coworkers worry too much!
