I can easily create tickets in my ticket system for all customers, clients or internal users with one click! It's very easy to use but also has many options which makes it quite flexible. You're able to save your settings as templates so you don't have to input them every time again. The interface could be better though - sometimes small things like that are important when creating an application/software (that will hopefully run smoothly over years). We've used this tool before at another job place and we were really happy about how intuitive everything was there too, except they didn't offer any kind of support afterwards. At first glance it looks good because its user friendly and doesn't require much training if not none at all. But after some weeks using it's still hard for me to find something specific where i'd need extra instructions from someone else.
