According to the description, it can be washed in the dishwasher, but it really isn't. After a couple of washes in the dishwasher, the print washed off and it's now a regular stack with no size markings. I'm disappointed, it would be very convenient if it lasted a long time. These measuring cups from OXO are so much better than the OXO Good Grips 4-Piece Mini Measuring Cup Set, they retain their markings after many trips in the dishwasher, and because they're flared at the top and fitted with a spout, they're easy to pour and pour liquid in and out while keeping liquid from running down the walls of the container.
