Feels like walking on air
It feels very thin and flimsy but it does the job in keeping your heels soft instantly. I cannot inform you if it helps with heels pain relief, treats heal spurs , tingling, sore or fracture sprain feet though because I don't have those problems. It may help because it feels like walking on feathers or like on air. Lol. I really can't describe the awesome feeling.
