Review on 3-Pound Aluminum Sausage Stuffer - Suction Base Meat Sausage Maker, Horizontal Kitchen Appliance with 4 Tubes for Homemade Delights by Ricky Snyder

Revainrating 5 out of 5

First use was a little disappointing but got it on my second use and it was great!

I used to have a production quality sausage stuffer and made large batches of salami and sausages over 50 pounds. You need a good fountain pen. I've lost that attachment and haven't bothered to replace it for a while because I didn't make sausages, but have recently started up again on a smaller scale for evenings with homemade sausage for dinner. I didn't want another big cock, at least not right now, so it seemed perfect. Take this review from a man who stuffed a lot of sausage. (a note on inappropriate jokes). On first use I didn't pull the section lever in the right direction and it kept slipping. I thought it was just a bad section. Also, it was very difficult to unscrew one end of the tube to clean it. I had to hit it a bit before twisting it with all my might and with a large pair of pliers to get it loose. Once removed it was easy to clean. The second time I used it, I really sucked and it stuck like a rock. No movement while I rotated it. Worked great. Very good sausage machine for small series production. Overall we are glad we bought it. Great price and good quality. I do the work for small batches.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • too blunt
