Review on πŸ”§ Anglo American Tools GR11105: 5" Orange Epoxy Curved Jaw Locking Pliers - Grip-On Quality by Eric Dailey

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Quality tool Made in Spain

I have to admit I didn't need this set of pens as I have a drawer full of other well known brands. I just wanted to try them because of their reputation and I have to admit they are good! The orange epoxy is a little different from the regular chrome finish I'm used to, but I'm starting to like it after seeing its durability. At first I thought it would scratch and peel off in seconds, but it's quite durable and looks good. My favorite feature is the grip release mechanism, which is an improvement over the Vise Grip design. Lifting the mechanism rather than pushing it out is much easier for me. Craftsman used this design a few years ago when they sold their line of locking pliers, but they probably came up with the Grip-On idea since they don't make their own tools. Jaws have held up well so far and I plan to add other sizes to my roll soon.

Pros
  • Easy to set up
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.
