I recently ordered three packs of "genuine" Hoover K-type vacuum bags and received them promptly. While using the bags I noticed that my vacuum was not sucking properly and opened it up to see what the problem was. Vacuum cleaner bags came loose at the collar where they attach to the vacuum cleaner. Upon inspection, all three pouch packs I ordered had the same problem: the plastic collar was not properly sealed. Instead, they were replaced with cardboard. I needed to clean the motor of my vacuum cleaner, in the long run it would have been much better to order directly from Hoover.
