I would like 4.5 or 4.75 stars. The toner has been WAAAAAA cheaper than HP for me for a few years, all in one. I love my device I just need a toner at a reasonable price. It was about 1/5 cheaper than now. My ONLY crabs about toner so far (I've only used black toner so far, not sure on color yet). If I need to erase something I've written on a printed page, that also erases the toner a bit. affect print quality. I also wish there was a way to recycle old toner cartridges! Otherwise, the print quality and the price are great! The images are sharp and true black (mostly I print documents). Definitely a good replacement, all things considered.
