I like that we can see all of our jobs in one place, so if there are questions about what to do next or when someone will be back with an estimate then they're right at hand! It would also help us manage how many people were working for each customer as well making sure no-one was doing too much work without being paid properly (managing hours). Sometimes some things don't sync between devices/machines but this seems minor compared against everything else going good - just make useable apps available across different platforms & you'll get more out than not having them :) We've been able solve issues where staff members weren’t getting payed correctly which had previously caused problems managing cash flow etc.
