I bought this belt to carry my phone, ID and car key ring with me while walking the trail. I chose this one because it was said to not "bully" at the waist. It is normal in my abdominal area, there is no bulging, but the parts of the belt clip that are around my back area do bulge. I tried walking twice at a normal pace and another day at a brisk pace, and both times the webbing went where the "latches" went across my back. Maybe it works well for people who don't have big butts, but it goes up for me who DOES NOT have a small butt. I can only assume my "cheeks" are pushing the bottom strap towards my waist and the bottom strap catching on the top strap and both pulling up as well. Maybe it would be nice if it had a wider strap area in the pocket part and only one snap button strap in the middle, but with two straps it doesn't stay in place. Unfortunately, I was excited to get something that would work well for my trails. Otherwise a pretty decent belt but I know there are better belts out there that suit my needs.
