I was looking for something to easily store my phone and keys while I go jogging or walking. I wanted something that didn't bounce, fit inside my leggings, and didn't feel like a fanny pack. I bought this belt to carry my phone, ID and car key ring with me while walking the trail. I chose this one because it was said to not "bully" at the waist. It is normal in my abdominal area, there is no bulging, but the parts of the belt clip that are around my back area do bulge. I tried walking twice at a normal pace and another day at a brisk pace, and both times the webbing went where the "latches" went across my back.
