Good Basic Cookware Set

Although I'm not a very good cook, when I recently moved into an apartment I knew I needed at least a basic set of pots for everyday use. Since I'm also on a budget, I didn't want to splurge on dishes. After reading other customer reviews of this Gibson Verrone 7 piece set I ordered them. I think they are well made, look good and are easy to clean. I love the glass lids - they make it easy to keep track of what you're cooking without having to keep removing the lid, and they also have a steam vent.
