I've been using them since 2017 when I played soccer. I can honestly say these are the only creatine supplements I've ever taken and they really work. From April through mid-summer my bench gained nearly 100 pounds and I'm not even sure I've been that consistent the whole time. I'm not sure what the people who said "they don't work" did with it, but you might want to read the directions for use. First I didn't use them properly for the first 2 or 3 weeks until I read that they should be taken pre and post workout. Trust me, you will increase your endurance and muscle mass almost every week if you take them consistently. You should also take them on weekends. And now my other honest opinion on the 2017, 2018 pills vs the 2020 pills. They used to be green but when I started using them again in 2020 I noticed they were white. The amount that needs to be taken per day has also been reduced in the instructions. So I'm not sure if changing the color was a decision or if they added more so you don't have to charge the same or something different. This is the only part I was skeptical about, but they really WORK!
