My wife has been using this knife for 4 months now and says it is a fantastic knife. This is the first knife she pursues. To be honest I was looking for another set of these crappy 8pm knives in all the usual places then I saw this. I asked myself to spend $40 but her birthday was here so I thought I'd buy it. Last weekend I noticed 5 knives in the bin, I said what happened, she replied that I no longer need them, the one I gave her for her birthday did everything they did and he still looks like a razor. My wife uses it almost every day. so it turns out it's not that expensive after all.
