This mount absolutely cannot support the weight listed. I set the plasma to 80# (capacity is listed as 175#) and maybe after 2.5-3 hours I noticed there was noticeable sagging in the arm and I immediately removed the TV but the arm was permanently at an angle of about 8ΒΊ deformed. . Also, the weight on the arm makes maneuvering and bending very difficult. I strongly recommend not using this mount as it is clearly not rated for the weight capacity advertised. If I hadn't noticed and it broke it could have seriously damaged the floor/furniture/TV.
