Perfect fit. This repair is not difficult if you loosen the upper engine mount bolts and raise the engine slightly. I did this and it took less than an hour to swap it out (which is remarkable for me - usually this becomes a weekend nightmare for me, but I still do it). The screws shown are not included in the kit, but the original screws must be used in any case. It also doesn't have the yellow and blue plastic stuff, whatever they are - I hope I didn't need them. I don't have any yellow and blue plastic parts and the machine is silent so I think it's ok. By the way, if your Saturn rattles tons of metal, you need this part. Replace the V-ribbed belt at the same time if you want it to be quiet. I didn't do it right away and had to run for the belt.
