Enhanced Performance ACDelco GM Original Equipment Drive Belt Tensioner (Part No. 21008320) Review

Replaced the original almost 20 year old tensioner that was very noisy and loose. I didn't realize how worn the old one was until I compared it to the new one. Now it's very quiet and smooth. Yes, it's expensive, but it does the job right the first time.

Non original bullshit. I've noticed my headlights are a lot brighter and I have more power when I paid the extra money for the OEM. Saturns are very picky about details. Pay a little more now and be sure you're better off.

Worked great after replacing my cheap no name 40,000 mile tensioner that had a knocking problem. However, one day it accidentally failed without warning after about 600 miles of use. It actually rattles worse than my old one. I put a new belt on when I installed it. Not sure if I got a random lemon but not happy at all.

Perfect fit. This repair is not difficult if you loosen the upper engine mount bolts and raise the engine slightly. I did this and it took less than an hour to swap it out (which is remarkable for me - usually this becomes a weekend nightmare for me, but I still do it).
