I gladly agreed, and everything came quickly. Installation couldn't be simpler and performance has been solid over the last 8 months. I placed the transmitter behind my projection screen and ran a simple male-to-male HDMI extension cable to the base of the screen so the family could use it as an extra input for devices that wouldn't fit in a back cabinet. (Nintendo Switch and other consoles with wired or weak controller signal) or temporary events (laptops for families or online poker or Zoom meeting quizzes during the pandemic). Of course, I'm not currently using it to deliver HDR or Dolby Vision content, but knowing it's already supported is very reassuring! The iteration of PoE and IR allowed me to finally have the home theater of my dreams without overwhelming the rest of the family with complicated remote control or connection schemes. No stress, no mess!
