I bought this unit to charge my phone, listen to music and listen to turn-by-turn navigation through Bose 30 Bluetooth headphones. It was all working great until I hit the first slot. The forks hit the ground, then a cell phone came out (in the Otterbox). After that, I started getting paranoid because the phone was firmly attached to the mount. In the next gap she jumped out again. Now I have to buy a new screen. My new solution is to tie the phone to the mount with rubber bands. However, after charging the phone for two hours, it was never anywhere near fully charged. For those who would argue that Otterbox was the problem, I will say that my Samsung charger fully charges my phone through Otterbox in an hour. That thing needs more power.
